Privacy Policy
The short version
PullMaxx does not collect, store on a server, sell or share any personal data. The camera feed and any videos you choose are analysed on your iPhone. Your workouts and game progress stay on your device. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the PullMaxx iOS app ("PullMaxx", "the app") and this website. PullMaxx is published by its independent developer ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to support@pullmaxx.app.
2. Data we collect
None. We do not operate servers for the app, and the app does not send personal data, usage data, diagnostics or identifiers to us or to any third party. This matches the "Data Not Collected" label on the App Store.
3. Data the app processes on your device
To work, PullMaxx uses the following information. It is processed and stored only on your iPhone, inside the app's private storage.

Body tracking uses Apple's on-device frameworks. PullMaxx does not create a facial recognition profile, a biometric identifier or any health record, and it does not read or write Apple Health data.
4. Permissions
Camera
Requested the first time you start a tracked set. Without it, live rep counting is unavailable. You can change it at any time in Settings › PullMaxx › Camera.
Photo library
PullMaxx uses the system photo picker. The app only receives the video you select and does not get access to the rest of your library.
5. Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your data, because we never receive it. The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no third-party tracking code, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
6. Backups
Like other apps, PullMaxx's on-device data may be included in your iCloud or computer backups, according to your own device settings. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, not by us.
7. Retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual sessions and recordings in the app, or delete everything by removing the app from your iPhone. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data and to object to its processing. Since all PullMaxx data is under your control on your device, you can exercise these rights directly in the app. You can also contact us with any request, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
PullMaxx is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Young athletes should train under adult supervision.
10. This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security purposes.
11. Changes to this policy
If PullMaxx's data practices change, for example if a future version adds an optional feature that needs a server, we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before that version is released, and change the effective date above.
